Preparation and Shipping
As a general rule, the usual delivery time provided the product is in stock, is 7 to 14 working days. As these are international shipments, delivery times may vary due to technical or operational transport requirements.
We ship our products to any location in the United States, except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii
Delivery
UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND NOTE ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER BOX/SKID ON THE CARRIER’S WAYBILL PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER THAT IS NOT REPORTED AND NOTED ON THE WAYBILL.
IMPORTANT: Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used due to potential damage to upholstered parts on your equipment
ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT OR MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT.
Large Equipment Shipments
Within Canada & Continental USA
Large equipment is shipped by ground via a freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard box and secured to a wooden skid.
Curbside Delivery is a liftgate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee will apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges. Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote will be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a Home Delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are NOT licensed Pilates technicians; they are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.
Local Customs & Duties USA
Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination location. Additional charges for customs clearance are the Buyer’s responsibility; Buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the location in which Buyer is receiving the goods.
Return policy
Please note that only items purchased directly from Super Health Bay can be returned.
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment.
To attend a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be in its original condition, same packaging, keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (in their original condition too) and must be unused.
The receipt of purchase must be attached to all returns.
If the merchandise meets the above guidelines, please contact the Customer Service of Super Health Bay to begin the return process at support@superhealthbay.com.
If your return is approved, you will be provided with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be visible outside the equipment. Products received without a return authorization number will not be processed, we are not responsible for any item returned without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All returns must be received within 10 days from the acceptance of the return.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any damage or loss during shipment that may occur in the equipment.
Any product sent cash on delivery will be rejected.
Non-Refundable
Unless they are covered by the warranty, the following items cannot be refunded:
- Customized products: any product ordered with special upholstery.
- Equipment: Cadillac, Cadillac-Reformer, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair, Wall Unit, Wall Board Onne, Ped&Pull, Spine, Arcos, Arc, Triangle, Mat, Towers.
- Configuration of special equipment.
- Accessories and spare parts.
- Special shipments.
- Amounts collected for the reservation of the goods.
Warranty Return Procedure
To process a return based on warranty, it must first be approved by the Customer Service of Super Health Bay
To do this, you must contact us at the email support@superhealthbay.com and the technical service will determine whether or not the problem is an issue that should be treated as a warranty.
Whenever anything is returned to Super Health Bay that is not covered under warranty or does not meet the warranty return conditions, the purchaser will be solely and fully responsible for the cost of transportation and insurance to return the product to sender.
If the item arrived damaged, it is essential that you write it down on the delivery note, leaving a record of the problem and notify us within a period not exceeding 24-48 hours.
Any defective product may be returned and replaced with the same item, subject to the product warranty. If we choose to repair or replace equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and testing at our facility, prior to shipping the replacement product.
In the case of receiving an item that you did not order, Super Health Bay will pay the cost of return shipping. But the return conditions will be the same as those expressed previously, the merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. It must be in its original condition, same packaging, keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (in their original condition too) and must be unused.
Once your return has been received, inspected and processed, and is definitively authorized, the amount of the equipment will be immediately refunded.
